What is a DISC Assessment?
The DISC assessment is a behavioral tool used to understand an individual’s personality traits and communication style. It categorizes people into four main types: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. The assessment helps individuals and teams improve communication, work more effectively, and enhance interpersonal relationships by identifying strengths, preferences, and potential challenges.
